Same! Still in the Bay! Watching MASH’s first video is what got me into riding track bikes / cycling!

Last iteration of this 2011 Moots Vamoots CR. Paint laid down by Black Magic Paint. Cable guides removed by Ti Cycles.

Thanks Paceline! I remember talking to a few people about who could remove the guides cleanly. I 100% endorse Ti Cycle’s work.

I run frame pumps on all of my bikes now. Old man status.

Wowza! That thing is amazing. Just goes to show how great painted Ti can look sometimes.

Very nice. Reminds me of my Ottrott, the combination of white paint and raw Ti is lovely.

Thanks guys!

Between Black Magic and FireFly’s work with paint / finishes I knew painted Ti could work.

I’ve envisioned refinishing this Moots ever since I bought it.

I have always liked painted Ti frames (sacrilege, I know) and this is no exception. This bike looks wonderful...something I could totally see myself riding. Can’t want to see more pictures in the future.

I’ve owned a couple of Moots and ogled many more and I think this might be my favorite from an aesthetic point of view. I could take or leave the groupo but imho, swapping the groupo (keeping the lovely crankset) wouldn’t change anything about how great this bike looks and the attention to detail. Really well done!!
