Thanks! I started out trying to stick to an Italian thing to match the Colnago, or euro at the least, so I picked up the FRM crankset and also a headset. The headset turned out to be a bust. Super thin cups that I mushroomed on install. That was a bummed, I didn't go into the "shop" for 3 or 4 days after that one. Cranks are great though, I'll get some detail shots soon. Apart from being pretty light they've got some cool machining.
As for the tape - I was set from the start to use the Grepp. I like what they're doing, less **** in the landfills. Besides, trying not to over-do the orange, the fork and some of the decals keep it subtle. And I'll probably mostly end up running chunky blackwalls on here. Adding more orange and it might just look like Haloween which I was trying to avoid.

(My commuter is sort of a blue collar version of this. Bianchi Volpe frame built with the spoils of my parts bin and running on 32mm GK slicks. It rides just fine on road, MUP and light gravel.)

;D Thanks. I got out on the single track yesterday where I usually take my 26" Knowing I'd be up there I put on a different front wheel with a 35mm Panaracer Cinder X . It was better than the Cava slick but still I almost killed myself.
