After reading about the 29er clearance of the old 3T Luteus fork here, I tracked down a slightly used one in France and put it on my pre-Kevin Grovel ti.

Now the front can easily take a 29x2.1 knobby or a 2.2 Speedking.
Or 27.5x2.4+.

Limited to a tight 27.5x2.2 or 700x48 in the rear though.
