Agreed. The rush to condemnation without confirmation is another growing (unfortunate) trend in the online world.

Per the earlier point: yes, it could be that the one filming was also young, and not a parent (which may explain why that cyclist seemed so 'fearless' in approaching the one filming. If indeed they were all teens/young adults, it makes the cyclist's acts all the more shameful).
