When it comes to color, even after over 100 years have passed, Mercedes still isn't any more imaginative than Henry Ford.

looks strange, tiny fork, huge downtube, gigantic stem/spacer system, TT looking seat post. Like a collage of different frames glued together or something.

Seeing the description of the frame, seems open-mouldy.
Nothing wrong with that, but seems it might be something coming from a company similar to LightCarbon
Not sure why a bike company wouldn't want to fly their own flag if there was one involved

Anything with "blah, blah... -EDITION" written on it just seems to call out it's own pretentiousness in order to con some wealthy fool into emptying their wallet(?).
Like we're going to perhaps start collecting them?

But hey, if the team's doing well, lets sell some bikes!

Its ironic that they call their new bike the "V12", when the photo shows it with an 11v (11 speed) drivetrain.

And what's up with the internally routed cables? Formula 1 engineers are supposed to be smart, don't they know internally routed cables guarantees that the fork will explode?

As to why the fat down tube - maybe this is an eBike, inspired by Formula E racing? They've already got eMTB racing, maybe if the get enough sponsor pressure there will be an eTdF (not that there isn't already, what with all the rumors of E doping, they'll just do it out in the open).

I kid, I kid.

They're made by Nove bikes. Evidently it's a company run by some "garbage humans" according to Phil Gaimon.
