Ibis Hakka MX with 2x?

I'm thinking about building an Ibis Hakka MX as an all-road bike with 700c wheels.

My ideal all-road bike will use Campagnolo 2x12 Chorus/Record setup.

I'm wondering if anyone had any success running similar setup on the Ibis. According to a buddy of mine, the cable bend around the T47 can cause a lot of issues for the front derailleur.

Personal experience and pictures will be great.
