Ordering from SJS Cycles in the UK

I've never ordered from SJS Cycles in the UK and Google has brought them up in a search.

Are they legit? (Pretty sure they are)

Anyone (Canadians) have feedback on experience with them?
Transit time?
What carrier?
Any issues/ hiccups?
Customer support?


Shipping cost is on the high side but total price is still decent for something I can't find anywhere else.

Not the cheapest but a variety of touring equipment etc.

I've ordered from them a couple times over the years for odd items that only could find via them. No issues. It's been a few years.

I ordered from them a few years ago and had a positive experience. Couldn't find the part I needed anywhere else. I live in Ontario.

They are good except after the pandemic their shipping rates went up a lot.

Definitely legit. Only downside is cost of shipping these days. I haven't ordered from them in a while, but they bought JTek and are the source for weird make-this-go-with-that parts.
