Does this geometry look weird?
Listed as a 52 cm frame
In case the numbers aren’t clear. 56.6 cm top tube, 49 cm c-t, 75.5 sta, 40.5 cm chain stay. Pic of the frame, at best looks slightly semi sloping. Seller says numbers are accurate. |

Do you know how tall the head tube is?

Well its a very low and long frame. 56.6 tt with an 11 headtube is not "normal". Even less so considering the sta is so steep making it effectively even longer.
Is it a roadframe? |

75.5º STA? This geo makes no sense.

Those geometry numbers are pretty far out there. With 75.5 STA and 565 TT, that's same reach as a 588 TT with a more common 73 STA. All paired with a 110 HT... well, I'd like to see the body of the person that frame was built for.

Yeah, pretty odd. I generally ride a 52, and these numbers are not what I’m used to seeing.
In addition to what others have mentioned, the bb drop is similar to a euro cx bike, the wheelbase is similar to a cx bike for a 52 and the chainstays length is roadbike length. What type of bike is this? Road, cx, allroad? |

Who is the maker? Is it possible that it's designed as a flat bar bike?
Just a hunch. |

Road frame. Here you go. Cool looking bike. Not much info but I think it's a Korean builder. 56.5 top tube is my sweet spot, but this really looks like a more traditional 53-ish frame with a slacker STA to me.

Hmm
What is your normal seat height? |

56.6 top tube to me would mean a 56. with a tall head tube means the handlebars are up high, so if you are not flexible and normally use a bunch of spacer under your stem, this might work for you. you can always raise or lower the seatpost, but you can't shorten the top tube...you can use a longer stem, max is 13 or 14. But the angles are pretty steep, I would want to ride before buying.
Edit, with the photo, the head tube doesn't look that tall...but if the numbers and angles are correct, I would still want to ride it before buying. Last edited by fogrider; 02-10-2019 at 08:48 PM. |

How about shipping? Is this bike in Korea?
Plus, I am not crazy about the position of the shifter bosses? Seems like a big bend... TT looks pretty level. If you normally ride a 56.5 you might have about a foot of drop :-) What are your proportions like? Are you all arms and torso? Just thinking out loud here. |

Triathlon?
Is it designed for time trial or triathlon use?
Short head tube, long top tube, steep seat angle, short chain stays, high-ish bottom bracket... Or maybe a critical bike for someone who has short inseam, short femurs, and long arms/torso? |

So the numbers and the image are the same bike? It doesn't visually match but then pictures, internet, etc etc.

I have short legs, long torso. Most of my bikes are 56-57 level top tube with 12–13 cm stem. I’m going to pass on this but it is an intriguing bike. Seller says the geometry chart is accurate but it doesn’t look right to me. I agree, I would want to see it in person.
He also sent me a pic of a tiny dent in one chainstay which didn’t look bad to me. https://www.ebay.com/itm/30304954210...&ul_noapp=true |
