Long Sleeve Jersey with Hood

I have been looking for a long sleeve jersey with a hood and not much is coming up when I search. I see Bontrager makes one (which looks like it would be perfect) but they are out of stock in medium.

I used to have a Nike one and it was my go to base layer for riding in the cold. Had thumb holes too which was great. Sadly the zipper broke and I haven't been able to find a replacement.

Anyone know of any other companies that make one?

Under Armor

Generic via eBay

Pretty sure Puma and Asics have hooded long-sleeve running tops, too, but I'm striking out on finding them at the moment.

What temp are you looking to cover? I would think you would want something over your head to fit a bit tighter. A Castelli Head Thingy or a Balaclava may work well.

You lose 90% of the heat out of the top of your head, and a hat can be lost or stolen. A hood, well it sticks with you.

Will spare you the gif of the guy tapping his head. lol.

Proliferating the head and heat loss fairy tale? Maybe he does not have a slow heart rate but needs a gangster gettyup.

I have two long-sleeve hooded jerseys that I got from Performance. One I bought ~10 years ago so it no longer fits but the other is more recent and gets a lot of use in the winters. Don't recall the model # but they're both Performance house brand.

The under armour one is pretty close as I wanted a base layer. In the perfect world I wanted something with pockets in the back so that's why I was thinking a cycling jersey.

The one I had I just liked that you could zip it up like a Balaclava over your face and it covered you neck. And it was thin as well where I could wear a hat over it. I live in New York and ride though the winter so when it's really cold having a Balaclava type thing is nice.

I'll ride in basically anything. Did some fat biking last winter when it was single digits/teens. Balaclava does work but it was nice when it was all one piece

Yup, the 90% thing is a myth. Not even close to 90%.

Yea, sorry. I know that your tongue was in your cheek. Harsh and pedantic was my response and not deserved by you.

I'm partial to my Patagonia R1 hoodie. No rear pockets, but I've found the vertical zip chest pocket to work well. It's versatile, and pairs well with a vest.

The Rapha deep winter base layer with hoodie is pretty nice although I can't say I've looked to see if they still sell a version of it. I've used it on the fat bike in some pretty cold weather and think it works pretty well although it's overkill unless you're well below 20 degrees.
