Having decided to go non-OS, what is the stiffest road bar available? Thanks.

For light the deda 215 is good...
ttt forgie is a pretty stiff bar the ritchey pro I had was stiff I have a Cinelli Solido that I'm afraid to use...

current production?
I'm not too sure what I think is stiffest in current production and non-OS, but surely the Cinelli 65 has got to be one of the more rigid non-OS handlebars made, followed closely due to it's greater drop by the 66.
