Road ish gravel bike recommendations?

Hey folks, I'm kinda asking a favour here, but you guys seem to know your stuff, so any advice is welcome.

I'm on the market for a new bike and I've already got parts. Right now I'm looking at a All city nature cross geared, but I'm getting desperate as I can't get my hands on one easily... im looking for a allroad/gravel bike on the road bike geo end of things. Bikes like the nature cross, midnight special, Lynskey Cooper cx (out of my price range) are the kind of thing I'm looking for. Preferably steel, or ti at a good price, but that's rare. Definitely the classifieds are the move, but I'm low post so staying away for now. Any ideas?

I appreciate the help

Edit: I should say, I work in a shop , so I wouldn't have to pay full price for the allcity frame. My budget is like 1800 Canadian, which is like 1450 US

Black mountain cycles road plus is a great deal! They have lots of rave reviews. I had a cantilever montercross frame from them that I loved.

Rodeo labs flaanimal is a sweet bike with custom paint options. More gravel than road but if you squint hard enough anything is a road bike.

I had Mark strip the decals off of mine, it's naked ti.

Habenero is just as good as any other titanium bike on the market for much less $$$$$

The new gravel/cx disc frames look amazing.

Another vote for the Black Mountain Road+. I think I read somewhere Mike V designed it with basically the same frame geometry as his road frame.

It does have a pretty relaxed stack:reach though.

Don't know your size, but someone selling a 2020 52cm (54.5cm ETT) dusty rose All-City Space Horse w/GRX locally. $2200. Looks brand new, from what I can tell.

Think those are currently hard to come by at present. Don't know if this link is restricted access:

The Standert Erdgeschoss looks interesting as an stainless steel allroad bike, though will be out of stock until October.

Gunnar Hyper X frame is about the same cost as the All-City (looks like you’d need to budget for a fork), and they recently posted on Instagram about having various sizes in stock (50-58 cm, I just checked). 4-6 weeks outside that range, per their post.
