Anyone using Ekar on a tandem?
Anyone using Ekar brakes and levers on a tandem? The 2000mm rear brake hose that’s available may not be quite long enough.

Hi there. I’m not using that setup myself however I saw on instagram an Argonaut tandem setup with ekar I believe.
Not sure whether or not the 2000mm hose would suffice or not. |

Hose should not be a issue, you always can use couplers.
I'd be more concerned about the middle crank, you'd need one that is compatible with 13s chain on the right side. |

Thank you, I didn’t know about the coupler option!

You might want to check out cycleschinook.com. They have tandems using current drive train solutions. I bought RD cages for my SRAM Force AXS from them. My road bikes mix 10-44 XPLR cassettes with Shimano GRX 46/30 cranks to get a low gear that's like a 36/52.
