Not original hoods on that Paramount, not even a good fit.
Properly stored, original hoods would still be good.

Beautiful Vintage Olmo Italian Racing Bike - 55cm - $1,000

03/28/2023 Rainy Walnut Creek

Beautiful Vintage Olmo Italian Racing Bike - 55cm - $1,000
This is a very nice Italian Olmo built with Columbus SL tubing and beautiful lug work. Full Shimano 600 tri-color group. Completely gone through, headset, bottom bracket, cables, brake pads, bar tape. 7-speed index shifting works perfectly, nice wheels with almost new rims. Shimano 600 rear hub sits in 126mm dropouts, front hub is Campagnolo and the wheel set was built with matching hoops. I also have another pristine 600 tri-color wheel set that was a take off that could be made available. Regal Selle San Marco saddle, Cinelli bars and stem. I don't have pedals shown in the photos as those are often a personal choice but do have a new set of very nice flat pedals I can add to the bike if you don't have your own set that you prefer.

This was my daily rider until recently finishing a Pinarello 8-speed Campy build. I'm pretty particular about my bikes and this one is dialed in, you won't be disappointed, this is the real deal.

Please email with questions or to make arrangements to view. I will remove this listing immediately upon sale so if you are reading this I still have the bike, thanks.

Chris Chance Cross Frameset, 58cm/Large

Chris Chance Cross Frameset, 58cm/Large, Steel Gravel Frame, Enve fork fat
03/28/2023
Chris Chance (Fat Chance) Chris Cross frameset

Used frameset, excellent condition. No dings, dents, cracks, or repairs. Very clean, no issues. Pictures are worth 1,000 words, so check them out.

Tire clearance is massive. Last pictures show a 700 x 48mm (actual measurement) tire in the rear.

Only "issue" is that the steerer is cut a bit short. It has 40mm of steerer above the headset, which is enough for an average stem and maybe one thin spacer. I mounted a Zipp stem, and had a 2.5mm below the stem and 2.5mm above the stem.

The frame uses a flat mount rear disc, but the Enve flat mount fork was not available when the frame was made, so the Enve fork uses a post mount caliper.

-Size Large, which is about a 58cm

-700c wheels

-Enve fork with tapered steerer tube

-27.2mm seatpost

-12 x 142mm rear spacing

-12 x 100mm front spacing

Geometry:
The geometry on this frame is different than what is currently on the website, and is posted below:

Here's the geometry of that Chance bike per TPC's measurements which I've found to be accurate some of the time.

Castelli runs small. Size up.

Add me to the thank you list.

If I sized wrong, I will be looking to pass the deal on.

He just reposted it the other day. I’ll message him and see if it sold.
