Sogreni bell remake
I remake the Swedish made Sogreni bell to bracket to fit 31.8mm handle bars.
Machine and made from stainless steel and brazed to the Sogreni brass mount. Stainless steel screws are used to make the sweetest looking bell around with a sweet ring. Some stainless tube lathe Whooo whooo whooo, wrrrrzzzzzzzzzzzz, file file tap bang, och then file the bits ![]() make some more bits on the beautiful thing (28 year old lathe) and a jiggy thingy sort of bobsie ![]() ![]() more cooking ![]() the pin hole is in the original brass casting ![]() ![]() I have done a couple of these now ![]() Need silver handle bars eh! ![]() I turn the edge smooth on the lathe and polish off, just to make it slippery smooth ![]() Of course in stainless ![]() |

Down under it's these two watching the master toil to ensure the standards are met.
And these are the level of details they see in every frame. My Custodian is a lifetime bike! Thanks again Dazza! |

Love these process photos! Makes me want to take a stab at building a frame, then I realize it would look about 3% as good, haha.
