A reminder that this is seriously one of the coolest, bestest top few bikes I've seen in ages, if ever. Only thing I'd change would be an appropriately custom ti Firefly stem.

It just says, "Let's go. Where or how fast or slow doesn't really matter."

Thanks, it's not paint though. It is anodized raw titanium, no stickers or paint anywhere.... just metal.

Maybe with Jacks permission and input you two could take us through the process that ended with this frame. Decisions talked about, questions asked etc. Or did he simply call and say "build me a stunner"

Visual design-wise it went something like (abbreviated version of how it went down):

JB: Do something nice, whatever you want, I like simple. That purple and blue ano is cool.

TE: Let's dig further. What do you like in this world?

JB: I'm sort of digging the kokopelli drawings in Southwestern Native American art.

TE: While looking into the original kokopelli petroglyphs and found myself drawn to the outlying patterns. I would like to use this as a departure point.

JB: Sounds good, show me something when you get a chance.

TE: Okay.

TE: Thinking of something like this up the seat tube all the way to the ISP top.

JB: Go for it.

You know, with my love of the lightweight steel I thought I was done with Ti. But I have to say that there is nothing on the market today that I am more drawn to than these Fireflies. It doesn't really matter which one although the fendered bike really turns me on. Guess the material is irrelevant, huh? Stunning work Tyler.
