Is Syntace still in business?
I am looking for some c3 aero bars in large. Used to be able to find them on ebay and other us sites, now not so much. They still have a company website, is QBP still distributing them?

Universal Cycles still lists Syntace products on their website, including the C3 bars, but the bars currently show "Out of Stock." They do, however, show current inventory on lots of other Syntace products.
I suggest calling Universal - they may have some insight into the situation. |

I think they are now a wholly owned subsidiary of Scott, so try a Scott dealer

BikeMania shows the C3 currently in stock in all sizes, with free shipping and a 10% discount code.

I hope so, because they make super nice components and have an exceptionally long 10 year warranty!

He is thinking of Syncros, and Syntace (different company - German) is still in business.

Syntace is still in business and the company is now focusing more on OEM segment. You can find many 2019 Santa Cruz models spec'd stem and post from Syntace.

They also build the very fine Liteville MTB. They stayed away from Eurobike this year, though. They say its because they are unhappy with the fair's concept.

A lot of thru-axle frames use the excellent Syntace x-12 rear axle/dropout design. I'm sure it would live on even if Syntace itself went away.
