Wow, what a nice collection of bike photography spanning many decades. I stumbled upon this gallery searching for info on my new merckx.

i have to say that if i had to pick a decade, the 90's are my favorite bikes.

Awesome link, I have always felt that the nicer frames of the 70's were lost in the heaps of junk as a result of the bike boom. However, that Merckx is sweet!
