Not counterfeit. If you google it, Rapha did make a white silk jersey.

I live two blocks from the s.f. store and I still mail order
the store cut inventory out of fear of looting during stay at home order .
They are up and running I noticed when I was returning from my last Saturday’s ride they were open at 8:30 am

Seriously, is this an overstock.com type of deal? or is this a legit retail channel in the UK for Rapha?

Also, for folks who have not worn Rapha, the sizing between and within lines can vary. It's the only company where I can be a medium, a large and a XL depending on the piece.

Not only that but you can go to replace an item with the same item a few years later and not be the same size!
I find it very frustrating and have purchased less from them the last few years as a result.

Yes, legit secondary channel, mostly stuff coming out of the archive sale in the past, haven't looked more recently.
