Do you already have a route on RidewithGPS or the like? I might want to ride portions on my own.

Thanks

Velo, I know Nick has his own route in his mind but if you want one that is over 50% gravel in the Bedminster area i have one in my ride with gps profile. I will pm you the TCX if it allows me to attach it.

Thanks guys, I never did finalize a route, was stringing them together in my head, and had some less than desirable sections.

I'll be ready for the fall though!

That route above looks pretty good, and the elevations doesnt look too soul crushing.

Just make sure to coordinate with CNYRider for Dirtphalt!

That looks like a good route to catch many of the gravel roads in that area. I'm not a big fan of gravel - give me good pavement! I do miss riding in that area after moving from NJ to MD - here are some roads I would ride: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/3077910

You are missing out on a lot of off-roading once you enter the Tewksbury-Bedminster-Far Hills area.

Missing the off-roading was exactly my goal! It is a great area for riding, we can agree on that.

Yeah, I re-read your post after I posted my reply but was too lazy to edit. Plenty of choice pavement in this area. That we can both agree on.

They just re-paved the Fox Hill from Wildwood all the way down to Homestead. It is so dang smooth now!!

The NJ GentleHuman's Ride, a cycling delight,
Postponed due to pandemic plight,
Yet still the people's voices do implore,
For the event to happen, nothing more.

With grace and strength, the riders take their place,
Along roads and hills, in a wondrous chase,
With joy and laughter, they embrace the ride,
The gentle human spirit, they will abide.

Though time may change, and events may pause,
The passion of the riders, never lost,
For the GentleHuman's Ride is their cause,
Their love for cycling, at any cost.

So let us hope that soon the world will heal,
And the NJ GentleHuman's Ride will be real.

Masks are gone
Kids are back in person schooling
Dired has even resorted to prose

This needs to happen. I have found more routes as well. I suggest Parking in Burnt Mills park parking lot. Easily accessible from routes
22, 78, 202, 206, 80, GSP, I-95 and 287. For anyone utilizing the train I can assist with pick up and drop off. Just need to get a hitch on the new family truckster. We can even hit the Hacklebarney Cider mill for mid ride refreshments like cherry coke slushies or cider chili dogs. I have never had one but I won’t stand in another man’s way.

Ask and ye shall receive.

How is late May/early June for everyone??

I’ve got some banger route ideas.
