My money is on this.

By the end of the week, Wei-Pal has that *****ty saddle strapped to his Sachs. If for no other reason than someone told him not to.

flat stamped thin gauge steel base plate with a foam interior, cover is a thick vinyl. the 3 indentions are there to mimic a Brooks saddle. no springs and the side label is a direct rip off of saddles of higher quality, before patent enforcement. That looks like it comes off a Columbus bike Fedmart/K-mart /Walmart used to sell in the 70s.

one mans junk might still be junk. enjoy......
