You guys are harsh. I appreciate vintage bike stuff -and this is true vintage, not Craigslist vintage.

No idea angry pal, it was lying there on its own. They get some really neat vintage stuff every now and then, I simply don't have the resources to save them all.

Like for example, saw this also when I was there.

Nuthin'. I am just gonna let it sit there for another thousand years before the next person comes along and picks it up.

Not necessarily from an interesting bike. I think my high school 10 speed from Montgomery Ward's had that same saddle. Unless you like Ashtabula cranks and Shimano Lark derailleurs.

i owned raleigh's for a long time starting with a 1958 lenton/raleigh grand prix and ending with lte sixties raleigh professional. i do have to say i have never seen those lugs on any raleigh i have ever seen. perhaps a lower model of raleigh. those are not nervex lugs. oh but the bulbed chain stay ends versus a scalloped end were very much raleigh back then.

I think this was a common low-end replacement saddle. Saw a lot of them on bikes that have been recycled for their metal content. Probably some percentage of those bikes are now really nice bikes through the steel recycling process.
