The Zipp one is the best. They come with wheels, so if you know someone who has multiple Zipp wheels, they are likely to have extras. LBSs that sell Zipp wheels are also like to have extras, so no need to spend money on them.

Valve core remover recommendation?

I just use a 4.5 mm wrench to remove the valve core. It's small enough that it's very difficult to go all Ahnold on it. Remove it, squirt in your favorite sealant, replace. Piece of cake. Well, except for the occasional mess wherein sealant sprays everywhere.
