Looks like the advance scouting / videotaping / ball deflating crew wasn't able to complete their mission this time around.

The Hoodie isn't the nicest guy around, especially when he loses.

This is the - ahem - post game chat between he and Bills head coach Sean McDermott. The Hoodie didn't want to have anything to do with it.

BB is not happy in a loss but even less so when people do not play up to expectations.

Add in that McDermott made some very personal comments in response to media questions after the blizzard game a few weeks ago and I am not surprised their interaction was the bare minimum.

This was one of the worst BB coaching era beatings the Pats have ever taken.

I am hoping they will be better next year - they were this year

In fairness, no one is happy in a loss.

Perhaps player selection and coaching were not up to expectations. Then again, he sets and controls both of those.

I went to the game last night with 2 of my daughters.
My wife and third daughter are smarter and watched from our cozy hotel room.
That was the most incredible live sporting event experience I have ever had.
The energy in the stadium was off the charts before kickoff and went up from there.
We never sat down.

Amazing offensive performance of run/pass balance. If KC wins that should be interesting.

As a rugby coach I enjoy good defense more than a good attack. Attack has all the advantages (more so in the NFL with protected passers and runners) of knowing when and what to do, they practice just that. Defense has to have great trust in each other, react in an instant and fully commit to those decisions. Bills D was my highlight. Kinda trusted Josh Allen to get the job done but very happy to see D Singletary developing weeek by week.

Lets hope next weeks game is a little closer.

@CNY Rider I'm jealous. Only NFL game I have seen was a preseason game in Tokyo in a big oval dome where players looked like sea monkeys in the distance.

NE should launch their defensive coordinator. Wait…that’s Belichick’s kid; ain’t gonna happen. Also, someone please instruct him on how to wear a mask at a post game interview. The chin diaper look wasn’t very becoming.

That's pretty common for Buffalo sporting events, right?

Many years ago I attended a handful of hockey gams in Buffalo...it was very much a family event, with the owner sitting near the benches, not up in a fancy box...

This just worked out perfectly for us.
We were already coming to Buffalo for the long weekend.
We have Sabres tickets for tomorrow that I purchased in the fall.
I just chose a weekend with home Sabres games at random.
And it happened to match up with the Bills game.

And C40 it’s true that Buffalo is a great sports town, but the Bills game last night was really something special.

That was just a very poorly played game by the Pats. I'm far more use to them executing well and with precision on both sides of the ball. Last night, neither offense (stone hands receivers) or defense (esp secondary) showed up.

The only good I take away from this season is that for a rookie, Mac did very well. As long as he doesn't get a serious injury, he should develop into an excellent QB in future years.

Yup - their worst game (in all aspects) in a long time. I did not see this coming - they were only 4.5 underdogs.
The int by Hyde in the end zone was a killer, Pats didnt utilize Stevenson, Bolden with stone hands, allowing tackle eligible TD, etc.etc.
10 win season with rookie QB isnt too shabby.

Bills - 7 drives - 7 TD's sets a record that will be difficult to break.

I might as well piggyback on this thread for a comment on the KC - Pittsburgh game:

What an embarrassment of an "offense" for the Steelers. You wonder how many yards they're going to finally end up with. Right now at halftime they have a net of 44 yards. By now their fans must have turned off their radios and TVs and gone to bed.
