Resource: Measured Tire Width by Wheel Manufacturer/Model

Morning all,

I'm asking for a little help from our PL.com members with a bunch of wheels and tires who also have a digital caliper. During my journey to see what size tires would fit on a frame I could never find a document that had a list of wheels and a list of tires, with corresponding mounted widths once inflated.

Here is the document I started, I'm working on making it editable via drop downs for each column.

Thoughts?

I only have "analog" calipers, but I can start taking some measurements.

Dan / hobocross also has a bunch of this data mapped out on different things

This spreadsheet has different tabs, but one of them has different tire width measurements

This is great. I always wonder about certain tire measurements, specially on different rism.

Everyone should measure their tires and add to it and we should have a mod pin it

How about tire height? Might help show which tires grow in height on wider rims and which don't.

Added a few new ones from the web. Let me know if you need access to add your known rim/tire widths!

Not sure how big a deal this is, but the Pacenti SL23 rim came in two versions. v1 had something like 18mm internal diameter. The measurements all look like v2s.

That said, neither version is being produced and I suspect that both versions are going to go extinct. I have a pair of v1s and I could try to get my hands on some calipers if interested. The hubs on that set are on their way out, but the rims are still good.
