Any thoughts where to look for them?
They might be closer than you think. See if you can check the pile near the campers at Lincoln and La Playa (by the gas station). They might be under that EZUp or a tarp, but you might see something. Those guys used to be on our side of the park (Fulton and La Playa) and the pile of bikes was ridiculous. They are not shy about leaving stuff out...beware of the dogs.

Other option, check pawn shops in close proximity for some items that might have been a quick flip for cash.

It really sucks for this to happen. I also live in your area.

Have you tried Bike Index? I have not registered my bikes on there yet, but last week, I was looking at classifieds on the local Craigslist, and I saw an uncommon bike frame for sale, and when I started to research it, I came across a stolen bike listing on Bike Index that closely matched the frame in question, but that listing was from 2015 or so, so I'm sure that person has already moved on. I notified the person that listed it stolen, but I don't know if the message ever got to him. I think it's worth a try. You never know.

Sorry to hear. Hope you get the bikes and parts back!

Check Pinkbike.com classifieds. They are free.

How does one post on fatcake? I only know if them on Instagram
just DM them on instagram -- if you have photos or can make an initial post for them to add to their story it'd make things easier.

Really sorry to hear about this. I live in the east bay where this is a perpetual occurrence. People are getting bikes stolen at gunpoint during their daytime rides up on Grizzly Peak! Crazy. Meanwhile, I've had my car window smashed 2x in the past month while it's been in my driveway (looking for Audi valet key in the manual that people often keep in glovebox). Time to move to...Canada?
