I was okay with 3% but now its 5.4 on my latest transaction for whatever reasons. And ebay is 12.5 instead of 10% previously (for europeans). I Dont see this stopping here either.

And i can somehow think that ebay provides me with a platform and users that i cant access otherwise. Its a service that is worth more to me than the banks fees for just forwarding the money. That bothers me more tbh.

Between fees and shipping charges some items are not worth it anymore.

So just to give some info on this.

Seems like the 5.4% ish was only due to the buyer was from south america adding about 1.5% on top of what i would have paid if someone in us, canada or europe would have bought the item.

Bit weird that one can get less money through ebay depending on whos buying the item. I had not noticed previously and it also makes it hard to know as you cant really controle who buys your item (unless you exclude countries ofc..)
