Vintage Campy pedal axle cone nuts different sizes?

Aaargh
I have a pair of Campy Nuovo Record road pedals from (I think) 1972, and a pair of Super Record Pista pedals, the ones with the black alloy cages and titanium axles. The cone nuts are recessed from the face of the pedal body so required a special Campy wrench with an offset that fit inside to grab the flats on the cone nuts.
I have been watching eBay and other places to buy one of these wrenches and finally I found one from the UK and bought it. Well, it doesn't fit the Super Record pedal It turns out that the major diameter of the Record cone nut is 15mm, but the Super Record one is a bit over 16mm. The wrench fits the Record pedals.

Are there two of these special wrenches? Will I ever find one that fits the Super Record cone nuts?
