DMV/NoVA types: Group rides in/near DC?

Buddy of mine may have a job at a place across the Key Bridge in Arlington and is looking for group rides.

I've got a GF down in Crystal City and have time on the weekends...

What's going on when?

The lunch rides on Hains/Haynes Point still a thing? I used to ride down from Ffx Circle Tues and Thurs with some buddies. ...but... that was in the mid-90s

Noon rides were still a thing when I left (2016). Pretty sure that it still is a thing.

The Rapha Store has group rides all week... worth a check

7AM/10AM still take place. Definitely a good workout - if you’re in shape. Pro Bike FC (Falls Church) usually have a weekend ride or two.

Coppi may still have their weekend hammerfest as well.
