Some time lurker, first time poster. Figured I'd do somewhat of an intro before I started posting. A few details left out or left vague, because I like to keep people guessing or something like that.

*Real Name (first or full - up to you)
Marco
*Where do you live?
Alberta, Canada
*Explanation of your forum handle.
I don't do randonneuring, but I'm interested. I'm more drawn to the root of the word, which is ~random, more or less, which I feel describes my set of interests.
*How did you find the Paceline?
I lurk across the hall quite a bit too, so this was inevitable.
*Favorite Bike.
the next one.
*What’s in your stable?
road bike, track, commuter, FS mountain
*Fastest speed on your bike? Where? When?
low 90s km/h, outside of Drumheller, downhill with a wicked tailwind.
*How many miles did you ride last year?
Not enough
*What is the biggest lie you ever told?
My ex-wife would probably have a better answer than I.

Hey Marco. I'm fairly new here also. I grew up in Alberta, and my high speed story is the same as yours, but dropping down into the Lethbridge river valley instead of Drumheller. Travelling East, of course. There are few other winds like the fearsome Southern Alberta West wind. I remember as a younger, and much lighter young man, getting blown uphill. So much fun to sit up with your jacket open like a sail, and fly uphill.
