Just another data point - I did not find CBD to help at all with sleep. THC maybe helped a little but left me feeling crappy, did not like it, and found it a bit unpredictable in terms of how long it would take to hit me and how hard it would hit, even at a relatively low dose (5mg).
The only thing CBD helped me with a -little- bit was some arthritis pain in my knuckles. Used a CBD cream on them. For sleep, if you don't want to go the prescription route and if CBD doesn't help, I'd try using a low dose of melatonin, like 1-3mg to start. .02...... |

I think in "legal" states .3% is not a limit.

OK - that's true. I guess I was just thinking in general vis a vis CBD products. If I were in "legal' states, I might not be shopping for CBD.....
