Silence is golden.

Really appreciated my DT240s on a full moon ride last night. I want to hear the frogs and the water and whatever that was rustling away from the side of the trail.

On those occasions when I actually ride with another human, I want to be able to have a conversation from time to time.

I also want to hear my tires - gives me a much more direct sense of what's happening than drivetrain buzz...

Strangely, I don't mind riding with others who have King or I9, as it gives me a sense of where they are and what they are doing, especially when they are in back of me.

But I don't want those hubs on my bike(s).
