CX Power-torque BB cups

Campy says the CX Power-torque cups feature a seal with a double-lip. Anyone know which seal they're referring to?

FC-CX-012..fatter seal under bearing on RH crank arm and in the cover for the LH cup

You can use the so called 'CX' cups with regular Powertrque cranks and vice-versa.
