Made some brown bread to go with roasted turnips and parsnips surrounding a roasted rack of lamb. Never saw or ate whatever corned beef is in Ireland .... put on some tunes by Seamus and Brendan Begley of the Dingle area and conjured up some Irish memories ....

Went to and old friend's house to watch the Scituate parade and it ended up being an impromptu reunion with my old work buddies from 20 years ago. Needless to say, my wife ended up volunteering to be the driver home and I ended up with a huge headache this morning.

One of the better St. Patty's Days of recent memory.

Love love love Dingle...Great place to listen to traditional set and definitely a great place to cycle.
