Bravo for Lemond, and for those who submitted his name for this recognition.

Nevermind.
Not my place.
Just getting pretty tired of seeing that one poster's fairly constant piggy-backed self-adulation photos again and again.

really happy to see Greg get this kind of recognition.he has been an inspiration to thousands if US cyclists.me included.couldnt happen to nicer guy imo.just about anyone that has ever met him always has good things to say.it was a real thrill to meet him and my picture taken with him in Dallas back 20 or so years ago.

By far, one of the greatest gentlemen I've ever met. Solid dude who'd give you the shirt off his back...and buy the beer...and pay for the shifter carts. He's a nut (in a good way) and the world needs more just like him

The honor is well deserved

Years ago at a meet and greet, seemed like a really nice down to earth guy. Had some great tales, and was humble and funny.
Good for him. Finally getting the props he deserves.

Thanks for sharing. Well deserved recognition for Lemond.
I have this photo and a signed USA champ jersey from Lemond framed in a case. Amazing effort that day. Lance who?????
