FWIW, you can see the individual cogs for a given Shimano cassette model in the applicable "EV" (exploded view) document. Here is a list of the road cassettes for which documentation is available on Shimano's website.

Yes! I'm not sure why these two below from different vendors have different product numbers, but they are both Ultegra 11 speed. The best part is that they fit on a 10s freehub - so I can mount on my White Industries MI6.
