yuge shout out to CK customer service!!!

a couple months back i had an issue with a draggy CK headset. reported here.

reached out to CK and worked with "carlo". we went back and forth, ended up sending the HS to CK for servicing. they inspected everything and nothing looked amiss, so they just cleaned/repacked and sent back to me --> all at no charge i might add.

reinstalled and the HS still felt like doo-doo -- no change, tons of drag. reached back out to "carlo" -- and he sent me a replacement bearing-cap assembly, gratis, and now the HS works as smoooove as i've come to expect from CK. huzzah!

so if you have a CK headset that's not jiving, give 'em a shout!
