The plastic insert is a bit tighter than the other mount I've been using, which I guess is good (or better than it being too loose). Setup was a bit tricky with the bar and whatnot. But it looks excellent.

It weighs as much as ultegra yet it allows the multi-gear dump of campy. It also has an exaggerated thumb shifter which is excellent if you're a sprinter, which I am. You could always just do di2 with sprint shifters now, but that's about 3.5x as expensive.
