Frustrating...I had a Campy EPS group I bought lost by FedEx.
They would not help at all...they even had a signature for receiving it that wasn’t mine...or even my name. We figured the driver dropped it at a wrong address and signed it himself.

The shop made it right...but Fed Ex....nothing. I would expect UPS to be the same.
