Any experience with Rapha 3/4 kincks?
Do they fit more like the PT stuff or the Classic bibs? Sizing question, since I'm different sizes in each.

I have a pair, thermal or are they all thermal....
But yeah I have a medium pair and they are a bit snug. Normally a large in pro team and med in classic Love em tho! Just be careful out on the trails or cx, I’ve taken small spills that wouldn’t normally tear bibs and now I have a little hole or two around the knees

I am large in both classic and pro team bibs.
Imho the 3/4 are a snug classic fit Very warm. In fact almost too warm for California winter The no longer offered 3/4 CX bib is my go to late fall winter early spring since the thermal fabric is a lighter weight. I only pull out my classic 3/4 dead of winter That's probably laughable to anyone on the east coast It's a really nice piece Last edited by pdmtong; 06-27-2019 at 04:17 PM. |

Thanks guys. I got a set. Decided to go with my Classic sizing, which should be a bit more snug but not as snug as my PT sizing. We'll see if that works. Hope they haven't change their return policy.

I should add that I have a variety of 3/4 - because I like the knee coverage to keep the joint warm and the conditions don't warrant the flexibility that a knee warmer would provide. It's also nice to have that extra warmth in the pelvic area.
what was unknown to me is the variance in "thickness" of the roubiax fabric...from thinnest to thickest: mavic, capo, capo LE, rapha CX 3/4, rapha classic 3/4.... the rapha are too expensive for me to ride on dirt...I don't plan to crash but it can happen.
