bike rack in europe

Organized ride I did in Europe, the tour leader brougt his own racks
Those rack that hangs off the back of the vehicle fold flat
So easy to bring with you on the plane
Cost of renting one there could easy be more than bring one

No experience with bikes in Europe. I do take my Sea Sucker for any long journey (CA) and have not had any airline issues.
