53cm Speedvagen ENVE wheels $3,600

https://sfbay.craigslist.org/pen/bik...275296138.html

Seems like a great deal. Great color scheme. I’d sell the carbon wheels, get a nice alu wheelset and keep the change or upgrade the drivetrain.

Like new Serotta Coeur d'Acier - $1,500 58cm

The Serotta Coeur d’Acier is a road bike hand-built in the US by the legendary Ben Serotta. Serotta has been engineering high end bicycles since 1975. The frame is built from a combination of lightweight steel alloy and carbon fiber. This frame was engineered and build in house. The name Coeur d’Acier literally translates to “heart of steel”. The rest of the bike is made up of high end components including a Campagnolo Chorus 10 speed drivetrain, Mavic wheels, Ritchie handlebars, Mavic Open Pro wheels wrapped in Michelin Pro Race tires, Shimano Dura Ace road SPD pedals, and Selle Italia seat. The list goes on. This was an incredible bike in 2003 and still holds up even today. The materials used in the frame provide for very light and stiff handling. The steel tubing will soak up the bad Charleston roads like non other. Treat yourself to a classic high end steel and carbon fiber road bike.

This bike has seen very few miles as you can see from the pictures. Stored indoors (non smoking). A few small blemishes in paint. Handlebars need to be re-wrapped. Seat forward/rear adjustment bolt is seized in the seatpost but could easily be remedied by a bike mechanic. All mechanical components are in good working order. We even have a printed copy of the Serotta 2003 catalog with more information on this model.

Serious inquiries only. No trades. No shipping. $1500 CASH

Serotta Atlanta Road Bike, Made in the USA (54 cm) $900

For sale is a beautiful, Custom Built, Serotta Atlanta American Road Bike, Made in the USA (54 cm). The Atlanta was Serotta's lugged steel road bike from the mid to late 90s. I think this frame is from around 1997 but it is hard to be exact as the Serotta serial numbers are not date specific. The frame tubes are the Reynolds Colorado Concept tubing which were propriety to Serotta. The down tube is swaged which means it gets larger towards the bottom bracket for extra stiffness. The paint is a beautiful pearlescent white. In term of riding, this bike is a remarkable combination of stiffness and comfort.

This bike is custom built with the following components:
-Original Serotta F1 Carbon Fork (very rare)
-FSA Plasma Integrated Carbon Monocoque bar/stem
-Rolf Vector Pro wheelset with Clix skewers
-Continental Grand Prix 4 Season 700x23c tires
-Shimano 600 headset
-Shimano 105 shifters and rear derailleur (10 speed)
-Campagnolo Athena Carbon Crankset, Power Torque System 53-39t
-Campagnolo POWER-TORQUE Bottom Bracket
-Shimano Dura-Ace brakes and front derailleur
-Selle Italia Max Flite Gel Flow Saddle
-TRUVATIV NOIR T30 CARBON SEATPOST
-Jagwire LEX-SL cable housing
-Look KEO 2 MAX CARBON pedals
-Ibera water bottle cage
https://baltimore.craigslist.org/bik...256590127.html
This beautiful American road bike (made in the USA) is in great condition, fully tuned up, and ready to ride. Full disclosure, there is a small dent on the top tube of the bike due to a paint can drop on it during storage. Although very annoying it looks to be just cosmetic. This small dent does not affect the bike in anyway during the hundreds of miles of riding after the incident. Steel is Real. I am asking for 890 or best offer.

Transaction went extremely smooth

I actually bought this C59 and the transaction went well. The "seller" was selling it for a friend, so perhaps some of the inconsistencies could have been from miscommunication. I also contacted Colnago and they verified it as a 54s, which was fine for me.

In addition, he agreed to have it checked out by a local shop, Atlanta Cycles, and they said it was in great condition, so I took the chance. It arrived about three days after shipbikes picked it up from Atlanta Cycles.

I was able to take it on a short shakedown ride after assembling it, and it rode better than expected. I will need to fine-tune the saddle height and angle, but this initial setup was good for that purpose. This is also my first experience with an electronic groupset and I can see why they are so well-liked.

Overall, I think it was a fantastic deal for a complete C59 with Di2 and Mavic Kysrium SLR wheels.
