goddamit it works. Just got mine in the mail. Easy peasy operation. First uses one right after another - inflated Panaracer 700x32 slick three times to 65 psi on a single charge. No mas Co2 and maybe no mas mini pump.

The Pro version of this gadget has a display which allows you to preset the target psi and then it counts up from 0 to that psi visually while you listen to the loud buzz of the motor.

The display will show accurate current pressure of part inflated tire.

Interesting. Does it dispense sufficient pressure, in a burst, to seat a pesky tubeless tire?

I carried an electronic inflator for a while and switched back to a mini pump. The inflator was awesome for multiple east inflations, but during a self supported century ride, I had valve stem problems where I would constantly leak air. After the inflator ran out of batteries, I was SOL.

Now that I think about it, this sounds like an electrical versus mechanical shifting debate point 😀

How long will it hold a charge in a seat bag? I don't flat very often.

I haven't tried with mine, but I'd say it'll probably work about as well as a regular floor pump for seating tubeless tires.

and not buying two of these things...so will keep in the pouch with the Garmin, the front light, the rear light, and recharge as needed. Will prob throw in jersey pocket per ride.

I’ve had mine for a while. Since I use it to top off my tires pre ride pop it on to charge while I get the rest of my poop in a group, 5 minutes later it is up to full charge and into the seat pack it goes.

It seems to hold a charge for multiple weeks without a use although I just put mine in my jersey pocket. I’m a big fan although I’ve not used it to seat a tubeless .

I've been on board with a $35 Cyclami for 6 months now. No way it'll seat tubeless, but its great as an alternative to CO2 for flats. I have reinflated tubeless mtb tires without broken beads.
Some folks have reported issues with tpu tubes with plastic stems,some newer versions come with a short hose to isolate the heat...
It stays charged for a long time between uses.

I have a Fumpa and recharge it once every 2 to 3 months or after a use. Works great - is loud but on the side of a road it’s not an issue.
