I went and checked this one out over the weekend, but the top tube is longer than I'm looking for. I don't know the builder. Just that it was custom made in AUS. The seller is selling on behalf of his (apparently very tall!) neighbor. Would make a great Eroica bike if it fits you! I could probably facilitate if needed. Nice Brooks saddle, early 90's Deore components. Running 700c 28's under fenders with room above the fenders. I'm very confident it would fit 32's without fenders; probably 35's.

This one has been for sale (on and/or off?) going on 5+ years now. At $900 its peaking my interest, but there must be a story as to why it either doesn't sell or is quickly on the block again.

That's pretty - but $3900 is within spitting distance of a brand new one, done up custom.. I guess there is the era it was built in to consider, for those who consider such things.
