Eisentraut 25 in. frame with Campagnolo components
03/01/2022
Peter Eddy, Bainbridge Island, WA Peter Eddy <eddyfam@ix.netcom.com> To: Charles Nighbor (Note: Peter Eddy hasn't posted a price yet I ask, charles) $1175 plus shipping and handling, which would be done by local bike shop. If buyer is interested, I could include the original sewup rims for another $75. Peter Eisentraut 25 in. frame with Campagnolo components Peter Eddy I bought this bike in June 1977 from Georgetown Cycle Sport in Washington, DC. It has not been ridden since 2001 due to drivetrain unsuitablility to hilly terrain in our retirement location. The only changes made to the bike: clincher 700c. tire rims to replace original sewup rims, some (not all) cables and housings replaced, new Campagnolo rubber brake lever hoods, new cloth handlebar tape, new chain, wheel and bottom bracket bearings cleaned and greased. Eisentraut hand-built steel frame (25 in. seat tube, serial no. 75L230) is in excellent condition; small dings in paint; all original stickers in place. Components: Headset—Campy Handlebars—Cinelli Campione del Mondo Stem—3TTT Wheels: hubs—high flange Campy 36 hole w/ Campy quick release; spokes (new) DT stainless; rims (new)700C Sunrims CR18 clincher Brakes-- Campy side pull Bottom bracket-- Campy cup & cone Cranks-- Campy 170mm arms w/ 52 tooth and 43 tooth aluminum chainrings; 144 mm BCD Pedals-- Campy with original KKT toe clips and new Christophe leather straps Derailleurs: Campy Nuovo Record: front-double; rear-short cage. Schwinn Paramount OS Waterford-Built 1992 62cm Excellent Condition
03/03/2022
Schwinn Paramount OS Waterford-Built 1992 62cm Excellent Condition This is one of the last Paramount's made at the Waterford factory before Schwinn went bankrupt in December 1992. The serial number (620EMW L92053) decodes to the 53rd frame made in November 1992. I got ahold of this frame and sent it to Waterford to get it repainted in Schwinn "Flamboyant Lime," and the paint job is spectacular. I equipped it with Campy components, and then it went into storage for 8 years. Details are as follows. Frame: 62cm seat tube center-to-top (60 cm center-to-center), 59cm top tube center-to-center Handlebars: 3T Smart chrome, 44cm, with NOS Schwinn Flamboyant Lime handlebar tape Stem: 3T Mutant, 12 cm Headset: Chris King threaded Wheels: Campagnolo Vento G3 Tires: Vittoria Rubino T 700 x 23 Crankset: Campagnolo Chorus Carbon 50 x 34, 175mm crankarms Derailleurs: Campagnolo Chorus 10-speed Cassette: Campagnolo 10-speed 13-26 Brake levers / shifters: Campagnolo Chorus 10-speed Brakes: Campagnolo Centaur dual pivot Saddle: Fizik Arione Seatpost: Deda Pedals: Look PP396 https://www.ebay.com/itm/17517931817...oAAOSwbyhiHA6d I hate to let this one go, as it has collector value as one of the last Paramount's from the real Schwinn era. But it's been laid up for too long, and someone else needs to enjoy it. |

Beautiful bike! I shouldn't even ask, but what's the maximum tire width this would fit?

I think 28mm will be the max size. @jamesdak might have a better idea.
