New Titanium Dropouts.

Hot off the CNC machine, new Firefly titanium dropouts:

Tool path test:



Set up in jig:





Tacked into frame:



In a bike:





Refined drive-side axle path for quicker wheel changes:



The new design incorporates the recently updated Shimano specifications dictating the relationship between the axle center and rear derailleur. We are stoked on how they turned out.

The final pieces are actually machined out of plate. The tool path test (shown first) is made out of aluminum. A block of 6/4 titanium that size would be very expensive.
