I actually happen to be a landlord, in Manhattan, one of the most expensive property markets on earth.

If my tenants can't pay that's the risk I take.

The constitution does not guarantee a profit or a healthy return on investment.

So let's chill with the anti-poor and anti-working class bashing. It's really tired and frankly barbaric.

Being in NY, you get the full spectrum of the good people and bad people on both sides.

From the slumlord making life miserable for the poor, to the wealthy wall street guy taking advantage of the no-eviction policy to stay in his Hampton's Rental over the summer.

(Both are definitely not the norm, and act like poster children for abuse of the system.)
