Is it actually impossible to find a Di2 group at this point?

I hate to post something on-thread, but I'm seriously wondering if it's just impossible to buy a Di2 group at this point? Ultegra, Dura Ace, whatever: they all seem to have fallen victim to the Great Biking Boom of 2021. Am I missing some obvious place that has groups in stock? Is there some way to cobble together a group from several reliable places? Take my money! I feel like capitalism has failed me. Sigh.

I was able to piece together a Grx group in the last month from bike tires direct, Excel sports and Competitive cyclist. I couldn’t locate the junction box in the bar end so just went with the under stem version.

Amazon also appears to have the major parts available for delivery this week.

Looks like Merlin uses DHL. I've not had issues with import duties when using DHL, but I suppose it could be an issue.
