Colnago EPS 48s

My favorite bike, period.

Got it at a really good price at the start of 2020 before all the Covid nonsense broke out, came with an early SR11 and a set of Shamal Ultras. Not sure why but it was for sale for over a year with no takers and all it took was a couple of hours after messaging the seller and it was in my house.

First time home

First ride

The saddle and bar tape was worn but those were easy swaps.

It has since gotten a set of Mavic Cosmic Carbone, a Selle Italia saddle and a new bar tape of course.

Recently swapped out the Super Record for a more affordable Chorus apart from an extra Super Record crank that I had lying around. It's still a joy to ride and I find myself riding it alot more compared to my other bikes. I might strip it and transfer the groupset to another frame just to force myself to ride the other bikes.

Excuse the terrible bartape/cables, I was building it in a rush and haven't had the time to go back to fix it.

Colnagos have such good paintwork, this isn't a special color (Art Decor, Team color etc...) but it still looks so good even after almost 10 years.

True dat.
Same with my 20+ year-old C40

Anyway nice work! Looked very well-balanced and proportionate. Enjoy your ride.

I was in Singapore several years ago, if my memory serves me right, I *think* I know where one of the pictures was taken...a bus stop somewhere in Paya Lebar/Punggol area, a popular spot among local cyclists. Or it could be at Changi Village!
