Help ID this vintage bottom bracket?

I'm restoring this cool tandem and I'm stripping the frame down to get it powder coated. Did a bunch of googling and wasn't able to ID the bottom bracket. Any ideas?

Thanks!

That's an adapter bottom bracket, to put square-taper cranks on a frame made for 1-piece American cranks.

These tend to only appear with very long spindle lengths, for whatever reason. The length is usually up around 132mm iir.

Your's appears to be low-end from looking at the lockring.
So be careful when tightening it, the reverse-threaded lockring may be relatively easy to strip.

It's a cross between an old skool schwinn/bmx/huffy 1 piece bb shell and a 3 piece spindle. Clean it up, lube it and send it. Don't lose any pieces. Hopefully, the bearings are caged, you might be able to freshen them up with parts from a replacement 1 piece bb and a kicking from the parts drawer

Unique, but not all that rare. Seeing a lot of that kinda stuff the last 2 months
