yet another reason Escape Collective is worth reading...

James Huang on the almost obsolete but classic Campagnolo tool kit.

Nearly the perfect mid-winter read.

This group is the target audience for one of those kits.

I'd still like one, but it's pretty well outdated

I totally feel I am getting my $ worth from my subscription. I can't even keep up with the content, and that's not even listening to podcasts. It's the first time I have subscribed to any cycling journalism. There are some really good and interesting writers there, beyond the race covergae and the like. Kate Wagner, Iain Treloar, and Jose Been go beyond the usual expected subject matter and I have really enjoyed their writing, in addition to the basic bike nerd stuff that Huang, Rome, and McLaughlin do so well at.

There's a kit listed on my local CL....not mine, no relation, not sure if it's complete, etc.

Meh. They seem more and more focused on Australia. If there’s one thing in the world that I don’t care about it’s… Australia.

Bicycling-tier content

Can't wait to tune in to the Escape Collective next week and learn how to train for my first century or lose 10 lbs fast with interval training

Can't say I have ever gotten that vibe when it comes to content, topics, platform(written/podcast), or effort from the group that makes up EC. That goes for back when they were with the old company too.
